Due to the nature of our personalized services—stretch therapy, SoftWave therapy, and trauma-informed coaching—we do not offer refunds for completed sessions. However, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. If you have concerns, please contact us, and we’ll work to find a solution that supports your healing journey.
